Mike, has been with Alliance since 2015, serving various roles. He started in Account Management, and was quickly promoted to the Senior Account Manager, and today, serves as our National Sales Manager. Over the years, Mike has spearheaded numerous growth initiatives that have helped shape Alliance into the premiere non-proprietary elevator packager it is today. When he's not leading his sales team, Mike can be found hitting golf balls on local greens or enjoying the great outdoors.

As our Digital Platforms Manager, Michele is an expert in all things digital. She has been with Alliance since the inception of the ToolBOX™, the NEW Configurator (our online pricing tool), and AlliancePRO™. Through the years, Michele has been instrumental to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvements of these programs, and she enjoys creating digital tools that simplify the elevator buying, management, and installation processes. When she's not driving digital platform improvements, Michele enjoys spending time with her family by the pool or on the lake.

As a former store manager for REI, Adam brings a wealth of customer service and managerial experience to our team. Since joining AES, his savvy sales approach bridges the gap between GCs, architects, and independent elevator contractors. When he's not immersed in architectural drawings and elevator specs, you'll find him hiking through state parks or kayaking on the water - he's a bit of a thrill-seeker.

She started at TK Elevator in Los Angeles, CA, as a Project Coordinator and New Installation Sales Representative. She then worked at Smartrise Engineering as a Business Development Manager, and most recently held the same position at Elevated, before joining AES in the summer of 2024. When Dianna isn't immersed in the elevator world, she can be found exploring various destinations and cultures around the globe. Her passion for both her profession and travel reflects her dynamic and adventurous spirit.
